The German Institute for Applied Lighting Technologies (DIAL) has certified Dipl.-Ing. Florian Reissmann as energy-efficient light consultant.
This certification is part of “EnEV”, which defines the energy building standards in Germany as of October 2009. Lighting energy benchmark is part of EnEV, and its definition can be founds in the DIN 18599 part 4.
